Les marques ont le pouvoir de captiver, mobiliser et le devoir d\u2019\u00e9duquer et de responsabiliser les consommateurs. Pour convaincre, encore faut-il qu\u2019elles aient un engagement \u00e0 rendre visible et en apportent des preuves concr\u00e8tes. C\u2019est pourquoi il est essentiel de d\u00e9passer l\u2019aspect purement business et penser global \u00ab\u00a0people, purpose, planet\u00a0\u00bb. Mais comment connecter ces 3 items sachant que beaucoup d\u2019entreprises n\u2019ont pas de cause \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre ni de purpose ou ne savent pas comment l\u2019exprimer, alors que les clients attendent de conna\u00eetre le pourquoi de leurs actions. Car une marque est une entreprise avec un purpose qui doit apporter du sens sinon elle est une coquille vide qui n\u2019est que transactionnelle. Penser \u00ab\u00a0people first\u00a0\u00bb est un cercle vertueux qui reconna\u00eet la valeur de l\u2019humain dans la qu\u00eate de performance en valorisant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience collaborateur pour mieux solidifier la relation client. Pour retenir et fid\u00e9liser un client il faudra aligner raison d\u2019\u00eatre et acte d\u2019achat pour \u00e9tablir un lien plus fort entre le monde de l\u2019entreprise et celui de la consommation. On ne suscitera pas l\u2019engagement des clients par de belles paroles mais par de v\u00e9ritables contributions aux actions de l\u2019entreprise. Les marques qui se distingueront seront celles qui offriront la possibilit\u00e9 aux clients de devenir acteur d\u2019une cause, car au-del\u00e0 des produits on ach\u00e8te un style, des valeurs et des croyances qui nous correspondent.
